A global, multi-billion dollar, Fortune500 steel manufacturing company sought to champion and push for an ongoing need for change at a time when resistance was prevalent, accepting the risks associated with innovation.

Client Ask

To be the leaders in creating content and to facilitate change readiness practices throughout the workforce as the system transitions to SAP software over three years.

    • Facilitate organizational change readiness through custom developed programs, principles and practice. 
    • Provide extensive coaching and development services for key decision makers.

What We Delivered

Through observation and analyzing of business operations talent, collectively we identified significant change needs. Together, with client leadership, we developed an in-depth strategy and executional plan for change preparedness.

Within 18 months we created, facilitated, and conducted a proprietaryChange Impact Readiness learning process that included custom tailored principles and practices for multiple sites/territories including the US, Canada, and Mexico.

We also provided executive coaching for key members leading the SAP software transition.
