What We Delivered

1. Introduced and delivered systemwide IDI – Intercultural Development Inventory (individual report and personalize plan). The result of this profile is to increase one’s personal understanding of cross-cultural differences and situations. 

2. Developed a bi-annual operational and three-year Strategic plan for DEI. 

3. Provided persistent executive coaching and development throughout the implementation of the DEI plans.
