Kathryn Tarantino

Principal and Co-founder
Kathryn Tarantino is a co-founder and Senior Partner of iGenesis Consulting. With her expertise in performance assessments and analysis, she creates dynamic development plans for clients. Tarantino specializes in leadership and diversity development, employee relations, and implementing iGenesis Consulting's workforce staffing strategies. Her outstanding work in staffing and culture has garnered recognition across various industries such as finance, real estate, food services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and not-for-profits. Tarantino approaches challenging business situations with unwavering enthusiasm, prioritizing relationships and delivering results. She effortlessly engages with talent at all levels, showcasing warmth, humor, and professionalism. Before launching Genesis, Tarantino built a successful career in business management in corporate America. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Fisher's College of Business at The Ohio State University and has completed the Business Graduate Program at Rockhurst University, KCMO. Additionally, Tarantino has served as an active member on significant non-profit boards, contributing to her industrious spirit.

Hyman Albritton

Principal and Co-founder
Hyman Albritton, co-founder and Senior Partner of iGenesis Consulting, brings extensive business and management experience to the firm. With a strategic mindset and a track record of fostering positive organizational cultures, Hyman delivers value-added services to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has achieved significant results for clients across diverse business sectors. Previously, Hyman held executive positions such as Vice President/CHRO at Schottenstein Stores Corporation and executive roles at L. Brands, Sears Roebuck and Co., Venture Stores, Inc. He also served as President and Board Chair of CPDC (Gateway Wellness Center) and contributed to other business organizations. Hyman holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Counseling/Business Management from North Carolina Central University. He is a certified executive coach, having completed his certification at The Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio's Business of People program. Additionally, Hyman is a certified diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant. He currently serves on the boards of Handshake America and MYLE (Make Your Life Entertaining), and has previously served notable not-for-profit organizations like The Community Shelter Board.
